Morale Chant is an Inner Way in Where Winds Meet that provides significant enhancements to your character. To unlock it, you’ll need to collect all available Morale Change pages in the game.<\/p>\n

**How to Get Morale Change Pages**<\/p>\n

– Purchase pages from various merchants across the map.
\n– Find pages in random locations, chests, and as drops from defeated enemies.
\n– Visit Tang Bao, a specific merchant near the Blissful Retreat Boundary Stone, who sells Morale Pages for 500 Echo Jade.<\/p>\n

**What is Morale Chant?**<\/p>\n

Morale Chant provides an 80% chance to gain a stack of Yi River whenever you deal damage or heal. Each stack increases Healing and Physical DMG by 1% for 8 seconds, up to a maximum of five stacks.<\/p>\n

**Upgrading Morale Chant**<\/p>\n

Using Breakthrough Enhancements, you can upgrade Morale Chant through tiers, spending Notes as you advance.<\/p>\n

– **Tier 1:** Physical Penetration increases by 2 for each Yi River stack.
\n– **Tier 2:** Physical Attack increases based on Solo Mode level.
\n– **Tier 3:** Yi River’s effect increases DMG and Healing by 2% per stack when controlling an enemy.
\n– **Tier 4:** Yi River activates at 100% chance, lasting 12 seconds.
\n– **Tier 5:** Direct Critical Rate increases by 4.6%.
