\n### How To Catch a Cryoshock Serpent in Fisch<\/p>\n
As the name implies, you can only catch a Cryoshock Serpent in the Cryoshock Cellar. This is a new area introduced in Fischmas 2025, and we\u2019ll explain how to enter this area later on.<\/p>\n
Once inside, equip a rod and begin fishing for the Cryoshock Serpent. This creature has a few preferences to help increase the chances of catching it:<\/p>\n
– **Time Preference**: None
\n– **Weather Preference**: Clear
\n– **Season Preference**: Winter<\/p>\n
Based on these, make sure you fish when it is winter and clear weather. It\u2019s also worth having a rod that has high luck stats to increase your chances more.<\/p>\n
When the Cryoshock Serpent is hooked on your rod, there will be a -90% progress speed, so be prepared to spend a long time reeling it in. As it is a high-rarity creature as well, it moves around a lot. Having a rod with a wide bar will also help you catch it, too.<\/p>\n
### Unlocking the Cryoshock Cellar<\/p>\n
You can only enter this area during Frost Moon weather, which you can force while using a Frost Moon Totem. During this weather, you will find a large hatch in the Northstar Village, which you can open and enter.<\/p>\n
However, first you need to pull the 3 Frozen Levers in the Northstar Village. Use these coordinates to find them:<\/p>\n
– X: -7875, Y: 196, Z: -17855
\n– X: -7718, Y: 182, Z: -17854
\n– X: -7897, Y: 273, Z: -17854<\/p>\n
Inside the cellar is a locked gate and a statue that resembles the Cryoshock Serpent\u2019s head. You need to place the Essence of Starfrost and the Essence of Winter in the mouth of these statues, and then use an Everfrost Key to open the gate.<\/p>\n
After you head inside, you can catch the Serpent using any of the Fischmas 2025 rods with a Festive Relic enchant.<\/p>\n
If you manage to catch it, you will unlock a parkour area, which leads you to the Maelstrom rod that you can purchase for 3,250,000C$. Keep in mind that you can only catch the Cryoshock Serpent once per player.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
