According to a report from Game Developer, the complaints, filed with the US National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), detail accusations against Microsoft for not providing necessary information to the CWA and for taking “coercive actions.” The unions claim that Microsoft unlawfully terminated employees without prior discussion or notification, a requirement that is mandated during ongoing negotiations for a collective agreement.
