Final Selection is a lot of running around and finding NPCs, with some challenges woven in between. Find out how to complete the Slayers 2 Final Selection, and how to unlock three secret slayers\u2019 katanas right here in my questline guide!<\/p>\n
Entering Final Selection<\/p>\n
Before joining Final Selection, you need to reach Level 45. This unlocks access, as The Sisters now deem you prepared enough to try.<\/p>\n
To enter Final Selection, head to the Butterfly Estate and stand on the stone platform with the Final Selection NPCs (The Sisters). They spawn every 2 hours at an even hour (8 am, 10 am, etc.) and teleport eligible players into Final Selection if they\u2019re on the platform when the countdown ends.<\/p>\n
How To Complete The Slayers 2 Final Selection<\/p>\n
Find Rem<\/p>\n
Upon entering, the Sisters tell you they hear a girl crying nearby. Fortunately, a ping will appear on the map, so you need to follow it to find Rem. Rem is on top of a hilly stump on the right as you walk down the entry path of Final Selection.<\/p>\n
Help Rem<\/p>\n
Retrieve an Apple, Banana, and Grape for Rem. The fruits all spawn close to Rem: the Grapes on the other side of the large tree next to her, the Apple on the ground underneath the tree where it drops down, and the Strawberry on the other side to the far left of Rem on the rocky formation.<\/p>\n
Find Vael<\/p>\n
Again, you\u2019ll have a ping appear leading you to the next NPC. Vael is located further within the confines of Final Selection.<\/p>\n
Kill Lesser Demons<\/p>\n
Defeat 5 Lesser Demons which spawn in the open near Vael. Return to Vael afterwards.<\/p>\n
Find Klien<\/p>\n
Follow the ping to find Klien, sitting down in front of a large tree.<\/p>\n
Lost Nichirin Katana<\/p>\n
Head straight southwest from the Klien NPC, and you\u2019ll find the Katana on the ground in front of some tall green plants. Return to Klien and hand him the Katana.<\/p>\n
Find Rika<\/p>\n
Follow the ping to find Rika, standing in a small grove of stone. Buy a bandage from Rika and return it to Klein. Complete the quick minigame to bandage Klein up (drag the orbs in the correct direction).<\/p>\n
Find Mizunoto<\/p>\n
After treating Klein, follow the map ping to Mizunoto.<\/p>\n
Defeat Lost<\/p>\n
From Mizunoto, head northwest towards the lake. Jump into the lake, and swim underwater to enter the secret passage which drops down into Lost\u2019s spawn area. Lost drops include:<\/p>\n
Wen: +10
\nShotgun Schematic x1: 5% chance
\nAfter defeating Lost, swim back out of the river and head over to the Dungeon area. (Interact with the black wall next to the Mizuno NPC).<\/p>\n
Parkour<\/p>\n
The goal is to reach the levers to unlock the next part of the Parkour trials. I suggest taking your time to complete this, as it\u2019s easy to mess up if you rush. If you need to complete tight jumps, entering first person may help with accuracy.<\/p>\n
Unfortunately, there is a 6-minute timer when you begin, so you can\u2019t wait around for too long.<\/p>\n
After completing the Parkour, exit the Dungeon and speak to Mizuto.<\/p>\n
Find Lavato<\/p>\n
Follow the map ping to find Lavato.<\/p>\n
Mountain Survival<\/p>\n
Find all four checkpoints, following the map pings. At the final one, speak to the Levi NPC.<\/p>\n
Rescue and Hold The Zone<\/p>\n
Stand in the centre of the zone and defeat all the demons that rush in. Once you\u2019ve captured the zone and rescued the civilian, return to Levi.<\/p>\n
Find Steve<\/p>\n
Follow the map ping to find Steve.<\/p>\n
Hand Demon<\/p>\n
Defeat the Hand Demon Boss. After this, you\u2019ll enter a cutscene to retrieve your Slayer Corps uniform from the Sisters, as well as some Ore and your Crow.<\/p>\n
Hidden Mist Village \u2013 Upgraded Katana<\/p>\n
After completing Final Selection, enter Hidden Mist Village and find Yagane. Ask him to forge a blade, and select from the Enryu Katana, Shinkage Katana, or the Tengoku Katana. Each requires 1x Crude Iron Ingot to craft, which you received from completing Final Selection.<\/p>\n
