Sony to Phase Out PlayStation Stars Loyalty Program by 2026

Sony Interactive Entertainment has made it official regarding the termination of its PlayStation Stars loyalty program, occurring in less than three years since its debut in 2022. This program, aimed at rewarding players for their interactions with PlayStation titles and services, will no longer accept new participants effective immediately. Current members will have until November 2, 2026, to utilize their accrued points, provided they don’t expire prior to that date.

A Brief Celebration of PlayStation Enthusiasm

PlayStation Stars was launched as a complimentary loyalty program intended to honor the PlayStation community. Members could accumulate points by participating in designated campaigns, purchasing games, and achieving trophies.
