Elyzio has introduced their newest initiative, “Pera Coda,” a point-and-click mystery adventure game crafted by Falan. This fresh offering, made under Elyzio’s banner, guarantees an immersive experience brimming with time loops, concealed secrets, and multi-layered storytelling.

From the minds behind “Warden’s Will,” “Pera Coda” encourages players to explore the intriguing life of Deniz, the main character. The game draws from renowned titles such as “Disco Elysium,” “Outer Wilds,” and “12 Minutes,” merging neo-noir narrative with groundbreaking gameplay mechanics. Set in Istanbul, Turkey’s most populous city, “Pera Coda” delivers a deep narrative journey featuring branching dialogue options and complex puzzles.

In “Pera Coda,” players take on the role of Deniz, an attorney trapped in a limbo-like time loop. The adventure entails confronting Deniz’s past experiences, regrets, and connections, solving puzzles to piece together his history and ascertain the fate of his soul. As players traverse this psychological journey, they will discover iconic locales in Istanbul, each rich with historical allure and meaning.

The game unveils the Masking Mechanic, inspired by the loop mechanics featured in “12 Minutes.” By engaging with essential objects, players can modify upcoming loops, reconstruct Deniz’s memories, and reveal new narrative avenues and puzzles, enhancing the story’s psychological richness.

Ahmet Kazanci, the Art Director of “Pera Coda,” characterizes the game as a homage to Istanbul and a universal narrative of guilt, remorse, and the search for tranquility. The city acts as both a backdrop and a reflection, showcasing the convergence of East and West, turmoil and serenity, and the fractured identity of the protagonist.

“Pera Coda” is open for wishlisting on Steam, and gamers can keep informed on the game’s progress through various channels, including X, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, and Discord.
