

Xbox has made it official that it will be part of gamescom 2025, one of the biggest gaming conventions taking place in Cologne, Germany, from August 20-24. This year, Xbox is poised to create a considerable impression with a variety of thrilling announcements and experiences for participants.
A key feature will be the introduction of a new demo for “Hollow Knight: Silksong,” the highly awaited sequel to the acclaimed “Hollow Knight.” Fans will get the chance to engage with this demo on the new ROG Xbox Ally and ROG Xbox Ally X, offering the first interactive experience with these groundbreaking handheld consoles created in partnership with ASUS.
Alongside “Silksong,” the Xbox booth will showcase over 20 titles, featuring popular games like “Roblox,” “Sea of Thieves,” and “Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4.” Attendees can also anticipate experiencing “Grounded 2” from Obsidian Entertainment and Eidos Montreal, in addition to the initial public hands-on with “Ninja Gaiden 4.” MachineGames and Lucasfilm Games will present new DLC for “Indiana Jones and the Great Circle,” named “The Order of Giants.”
World’s Edge will display “Age of Empires” and “Age of Mythology: Retold,” providing fans with a new perspective on these cherished franchises. Moreover, “Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024” will launch with a city update and a new aircraft, presenting distinct challenges for players.
A special theatre presentation of “The Outer Worlds 2” will give an exclusive peek inside the Tomb of the Matriarch, delving into themes of history, loyalty, and propaganda within a society that exchanges freedom for security.
Additional thrilling announcements include the introduction of a new “World of Warcraft” expansion, “Midnight,” which features a long-awaited Housing system, and the reveal of “Call of Duty: Black Ops 7” during Opening Night Live on August 19.
