How to Obtain and Showcase the Overpowered Sailor Piece True Aizen Sword

The Huge Update dropped an insanely overpowered weapon, locked by one of the most grind-heavy questlines in the game. So, let me waste no time introducing my guide on obtaining the Sailor Piece True Aizen Sword, covering how to complete the quest, the movesets, and if it’s worth the time-investment it demands.

Before grabbing the True Aizen Quest, you need to first unlock Soul Society Island by completing the Hogyoku Fragment Location questline. (Requires level 8,500 to proceed)

Sailor Piece True Aizen Obtainment

Once at Soul Society, True Aizen will sell you his sword in exchange for:

  • Transcendent Being [Title]
  • Aizen V1 Sword
  • Evolution Fragment
  • 3x Transcendent Cores
  • 8x Divinity Essences
  • 15x Fusion Rings
  • 75x Chrysalis Sigils
  • 35,000 Gems

The two main struggles players (including me) have had in obtaining True Aizen are the Aizen V1 and Crysalis Sigils.

If you don’t already have Aizen V1, it becomes an additional quest grind at Hueco Mundo, which includes killing 250 Hollows, obtaining the Shinigami Race, using a Worthiness Fragment, dealing 350 million DMG, and defeating the Aizen boss 15 times.

However, arguably, the longer process is the Chrysalis Sigils, which, at the time of writing, is bugged. They drop from the Quincy NPCs at Soul Society, but only if you’ve completed all other item quests in the game. Every. Single. One.

So, even if you bypass the Chrysalis Sigils and buy True Aizen using Robux, you’d still need to get some for the F Move and for spawning the True Aizen boss.

True Aizen Movesets

Aside from dealing serious damage, half of the True Aizen moves have low cooldowns, making them insanely op for spamming and combo follow-up moves.

  • Z MOVE:
    • A simple forward attack imbued with a surging yellow electricity. This move has an incredibly low cooldown, giving it huge spam potential.
  • X MOVE:
    • Similar to the first move, but an AoE slasher instead. Also has a low cooldown, making it perfect for follow-up attacks and spam.
  • C MOVE:
    • Covers a wider AoE than the previous attack, raining down slashes on enemies in a striking purple radius. This move clips to the player, so you could theoretically run around and use it to multi-target.
  • V MOVE:
    • After a small cutscene, the player raises their fist, bringing with it a surge of energy from the ground upwards, slicing enemies from the ground up in a huge AoE radius.

Unlocking The True Aizen F Move

To get the True Aizen F Move, speak with the NPC on top of the building at Soul Society. He will task you with defeating the True Aizen Boss on hard or extreme difficulty 15 times in exchange for the F Move.

Note: Spawning True Aizen requires Chrysalis Sigils. Harder difficulty selections require more Sigils to spawn him.

When triggered, the F Move enters the player into a cutscene, where they’re shrouded in a brilliant purple energy before conjuring a bone-like dragon that ripples around the host before slamming into an enemy, dealing devastating damage.

    • A: Since you need to complete quests for Chrysalis Sigils, it hopefully won’t come as a shock to you that quests, boss quests, and boss kills are some of the best EXP methods. This is further enhanced with the use of EXP boosts like Titles</a
