Sailor Piece Sea Beasts: Spawn Times, Locations, and Loot Details

Defeating Sailor Piece Sea Beasts rewards you with exclusive drops, but they can only be found within Sea 2. Unlocking Sea 2 in Sailor Piece is another beast entirely. A new update means new freebies, so make sure to check out our Sailor Piece Sea 2 Update Codes guide while you’re here.

Sailor Piece Sea Beasts

The Sea 2 update has brought a new enemy type to Sailor Piece: the Sea Beasts. There are two Sea Beasts to battle against right now, with one being the Sea Serpent and the other the Kraken. The Sea Serpent has a total of 625 billion HP, and the Kraken boasts 1.25 trillion HP.

When Do Sea Beasts Spawn?

To summon a Sea Beast, you need a minimum Bounty of 500K, which you earn by taking part in PvP. If there are other players with you when waiting for a Sea Beast, the Bounty of all players is added together. From what I know, the higher the Bounty, the higher the chances of a Sea Beast spawning. As for when they spawn, I hate to break it to you, but it’s completely random. This means there is no way of predicting when one will appear, so if you don’t want to miss out, you’re going to have to hang around and go AFK for a while. These two Sea Beasts can spawn at the same time, or separately.

Where to Find Sea Beasts

Sea Beasts spawn on the Sea 2 map, and do not appear across Sea 1. The exact locations for either of the Sea Beasts can differ, but they are always, at most, 600 studs away from any island, with a minimum of around 150 to 200 studs. The Sea Serpent spawns within the Open Sea, and the Kraken spawns in the Deep Sea.

Sea Beast Drops

Both Sea Beasts drop the same rewards, but the Kraken’s drop chances are slightly higher than the Sea Serpent’s. This is probably due to the Kraken being trickier to beat, so as compensation, some rewards are more likely to drop. Defeating Sea Beasts is one of the obtainment methods for Bloodline Stones, as they are a guaranteed drop.

Frequently Asked Questions

How Do I Unlock the Sea 2 Map?

Sea 2 is accessible once you have completed the Sea Traveler’s quest. To find this NPC, you need to teleport to World Island. The Sea Traveler first asks you to find two Ancient Fragments, which have 20 possible locations. We’ve got a guide on where to find the Ancient Fragments, including screenshots of each location.

After this, the next part of the quest requires you to collect seven Map Pieces. They’re dropped by certain bosses, all of which are listed in my Sailor Piece Map Pieces guide. Completing these two tasks for the Sea Traveler NPC unlocks Sea 2, which you can freely travel to as many times as you want.
