Hmm, Power Fruits seems a little familiar…
In my player-made Slime RNG Power Fruits guide, I tell you everything you need to know about this new upgrade feature, from how to gain access to it, what it does for your progression, how to utilise it efficiently, and what each of the Power Fruits does.
Let’s cut to the chase and get into it.
Slime RNG Power Fruits Guide
To unlock Power Fruits, you need to first buy the Hotdog tile from the Loot Upgrade tab. After this, the Power Fruit tile will appear, costing 30M Coins. After purchase, you now have the chance to get a Power Fruit during rolls, and similarly to food items, they’re consumables for your Slimes.
But wait, hold on! Don’t go feeding your Slimes at random. Unlike Food EXP levels, there isn’t any equipment in the game which lets you remove a Fruit from a Slime or transfer the power to another Slime. This means it’s permanent, and you’re committing to using the Slime you upgrade long-term.
Power Fruits
Implied by the name, and uh, inspired by One Piece, Power Fruits don your Slimes with new abilities, allowing buffing their damage through themed skills and a new upgrade tree unique to that slime. Unlike Food, which gives Slimes more DMG and HP when reaching a new level, Power Fruits apply percentage upgrades, synergising with the Slimes’ overall DMG.
As of May 14th, 2026, there are five fruits in total:
- Lightning Fruit: 1 in 30
- Sword Fruit: 1 in ???
- Ice Fruit: 1 in 120
- Fire Fruit: 1 in ???
- Magician Fruit: 1 in 480
Of the list, Fire and Lightning give the highest Damage Multipliers when maxed out. Lightning in particular is great because it comes with a default Chained Lightning ability, which lets the Slime channel Lightning through several enemies at once, dealing group damage. Additionally, when maxed out, Lightning gains a +32% DMG bonus, which, alongside Fire, is one of the highest buffs attainable.
Power Fruit Upgrades
Upgrades cost Level Points, meaning the levels you’ve fed into your Slime using Food for EXP. When upgrading, the Slime keeps its level, but the Level Currency is taken for the upgrade.
For example, a Level 6 Slime (6 Level Points) may invest 3 Levels into an upgrade. The slime remains Level 6, but only 3 Level Points remain in the Upgrade Tree.
Fruits also require additional Fruits to unlock new skills, of which there are 10 in total, 2 Skills each for each of the 5 Fruits.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Which is the best Power Fruit?
- Despite being one of the most common, I’d say the Lightning Fruit is the best due to its high DMG buff stats at later upgrades, and the chaining ability, which strikes multiple enemies in a radius at once.
- Which Slimes should I feed Power Fruits?
- Naturally, your best ones, but if you’re still in the early to mid-game and find yourself getting newer and more powerful Slimes often, then I recommend waiting until your team consists of Trilling or Qd rolled Slimes, which are harder to replace. This is to ensure you’re not wasting the Fruit, as they cannot transfer between Slimes.
- How do I access the Slime Power Fruit upgrade tree?
- To access the Slime’s Power Fruit skill tree, open your Backpack and press the fruit icon above your Slime. This takes you to their skill tree.
