Requirements for Evomon Evolution: Evolution Stones and Element Stones

The **Evomon Evolution** method is straightforward but requires plenty of farming. Evolving your [Evomons](https://www.roblox.com/games/134381727982611/Evomon) increases the strength of your team builds, making battles much easier. Evolution requires you to gather specific Element Stones which match [Evomon Types](https://www.gamezebo.com/walkthroughs/evomon-types/).

## Evomon Evolution

Each Evomon has three Evolution stages. The second and third Evolution forms of an Evomon are undeniably stronger than the first. Whenever you obtain an Evomon, one of your main goals is to unlock its maximum Evolution, which requires lots of farming for materials and leveling EXP.

### How to Evolve Evomon

Evolving your Evomon requires specific materials. Each evolution requires:

– **Evolution Stones**
– **Element Stones**
– **Level milestone**

The number of Evolution Stones and Element Stones, and the required level milestone, depends on Evomon itself. You can check the current Evolution requirements for your Evomon via the Evomon Team screen. Select the Evomon you want to evolve and click the ‘Evolve’ button to find out which items you need and the required level.

### Evolution Items

To evolve, you need Evolution items. I recommend saving these materials for your best Evomons. If you’re unsure about which are the strongest across the entire game, use my [Evomon Tier List](https://www.gamezebo.com/walkthroughs/evomon-tier-list/) to check the updated rankings.

#### Evolution Stones

Evolution Stones are highly sought-after because they are used to evolve all Evomon types. They are required alongside Element Stones, so you still need those.

##### How to Get Evolution Stones

Obtaining Evolution Stones works differently from Element Stones, in the sense that the **Traveller Merchant NPC** sells Evolution Stones, and they are available to purchase from the **Summoned Shop**. They also have a chance to drop from **NPC battles**.

#### Element Stones

Depending on the Element Stone type, you can only use them on Evomons that match the element.

##### How to Get Element Stones

To obtain Element Stones, you need to **defeat Island Bosses**, take part in **NPC fights**, and enter the **Summon Ruins**, most notably 1-3.

There are Element Stones for each Evomon type in the game:

– **Bug Element Stone**
– For Bug-types
– **Electric Element Stone**
– For Electric-types
– **Fighting Element Stone**
– For Fighting-types
– **Fire Element Stone**
– For Fire-types
– **Flying Element Stone**
– For Flying-types
– **Grass Element Stone**
– For Grass-types
– **Ground Element Stone**
– For Ground-types
– **Ice Element Stone**
– For Ice-types
– **Normal Element Stone**
– For Normal-types
– **Poison Element Stone**
– For Poison-types
– **Psychic Element Stone**
– For Psychic-types
– **Rock Element Stone**
– For Rock-types
– **Steel Element Stone**
– For Steel-types
– **Water Element Stone**
– For Water-types

#### Omni-Stones

Now, Omni-Stones are solely reserved for times when you don’t have enough materials to evolve your Evomon.

##### How to Get Omni-Stones

Omni-Stones are obtainable via Island Bosses, NPC battles, and Summoned Boss Shops. However, they’re a lot less common than Evolution Stones and Element Stones.

### How to Level Up Your Evomon Quickly

As evolving requires specific level milestones, it’s a good idea to get familiar with how to level up your Evomon efficiently. No matter what you do, it’s going to involve quite a bit of farming. The main methods of leveling up your Evomon include:

#### Battles

It sounds obvious, but the Evomon in your current team all get EXP when you take part in battles, with more EXP rewarded when you win a fight. These battles include NPC duels, encounters across each location, boss fights, and challenges. Power up your team during battles by equipping [Suits in Evomon](https://www.gamezebo.com/walkthroughs/evomon-suits-tier-list/).

#### EXP Fruit

The most important item to use when leveling your Evomons is EXP Fruit. You passively obtain EXP Fruit by playing the game, as it’s a reward when taking part in the vast majority of the content. There are different types of EXP Fruit, each of which provides various amounts of EXP when used:

– **Small EXP Fruit**
– Provides 100 EXP
– **Medium EXP Fruit**
– Provides 1K EXP
– **Large EXP Fruit**
– Provides 10K EXP
