Skills Ranking for Emotia Escape Characters: Solo and Multiplayer Tier List

Whether you play multiplayer and slowly watch as your teammates are picked off until you’re forced to play solo, or begin solo and depend on no-emotian, my Emotia Escape Character Tier List is for you! Here, I rank each character with consideration for their skills based on how versatile and useful they are in solo and multiplayer.

So, if you want real player-made rankings, read on, and let’s get into it!

Emotia Escape Character Tier List

My tier list is up to date as of August 11th, 2026. [BETA]

S-TIER

The best Emotians for solo and multiplayer, showcasing strong skills for self-preservation and helping their fellow allies.

  • Centrion – TANK
    • Centrion has great self-preservation, with both skills focusing on negating incoming damage, encapsulating the essence of Balance, helping teammates without sacrificing yourself. This Emotian is great for both solo and multiplayer.
    • Tank: 30% chance to block the first attack on each floor.
    • Blessing of Balance: Block an instance of HP DMG during the Emolite Minigame.
  • Lila – DISTRACTION
    • Lila embodies vanity, which seems fitting considering her self-buffing mechanic. During chases, she gains movement speed to outpace enemies, and can conjure clones to distract enemies whilst retreating. Perfect for solo and multiplayer.
    • Runway: When chased by an Emovil, increase movement speed by 8%.
    • Stand-in: When taking DMG, summon a clone to distract Emovils within 30 studs for 4 seconds (once per floor)

A-TIER

Great secondary choices if you want to bring some variety to a team. These Emotians have great skills for solo and multiplayer, but are a little more niche in functionality than the top tier.

  • Losten – COMPLETIONIST
    • Losten wants to lose no more, which is why his skills are perfect for players who like the minigame aspect of Emotia. He debuffs enemies and has a 1 in 5 chance per floor to auto-complete an Emolite device without a player on it, making him a great solo and multiplayer choice.
    • X-5529: 20% chance to auto-complete an Emolite without a player on it once per floor.
    • A-1523: When taking DMG, summon a puddle to slow enemies by 50% for 3 seconds.
  • Nvee – SELF-PRESERVATION
    • Nvee is great at keeping herself alive, dodging and weaving through enemies with her beneficial skills, making her a great choice for solo and multiplayer.
    • Stealth: When taking DMG, aggro disappears, and you become undetectable to enemies for 5 seconds. (Cannot sprint when active)
    • Shadow Step: When taking DMG, teleport to the closest teammate at least 20 studs away, or to a random but safe location.

B-TIER

Average Emotians. Those here have a linear focus, making their skill more situational than anything.

  • Echo – SEEKER
    • With an affinity for agitation, Echo players provide themself with enemy and Emolite location insights. Without a way to communicate proximity clearly to allies, this Emotian isn’t as versatile in multiplayer, but makes for a great solo-run character.
    • Echolocation: When taking DMG, reveal Emolite locations for 5 seconds.
    • Focus: Reveal nearest Emovil within 15 Studs.

C-TIER

Overall not worth the investment, unless you love the sound of their skill.

  • Kindle – BUFFER
    • As the Emotian of kindness, Kindle works best in multiplayer, as both skills buff allies. That said,
