Traversing Slayers 2 is a bit of a slow slog, especially over long distances. The best solution is to find and tame a noble steed, which is why my guide aims to tell you how to get a Horse in Slayers 2, including all Horse spawn locations and taming instructions.

How to Get a Horse in Slayers 2
When you encounter a horse, you can tame it by walking close to it and pressing T to initiate the minigame. The minigame works on rhythm-based physics, where you must press the animated circle when it is full.
If you click at the right time, the circle will blink green; otherwise, it will blink red. After pressing each circle, it moves to a new location. Taming a horse requires some level of precision, timing, accuracy, and luck.
At 100%, a pop-up will prompt you to pay 15,000 Wen to purchase your tamed horse. Once bought, you have access to this mount permanently at no extra cost to use.
Horse Locations
On to all six known spawn locations.
Northern Windy Peaks
The first place free-roaming stallions spawn is in the small field near the two large boulders at Windy Peaks. From Windy Peaks, head North into the wilderness and travel down the hilly slope. At the bottom, you’ll find the two boulders, banded with rope, and a possible horse roaming around.
Southern Windy Peaks
Head South past Zuko and the Serpent Trainee from the starting village. On the small incline above where the Serpent Trainee spawns, you may find a horse.
Western Bamboo Grove
Head West from the starting village towards Bamboo Grove. Travel past the Obari boss, all the way over to near where Zentaro resides. If you’re lucky, a horse may spawn near the pink flowers near the tree trunks.
Bamboo Grove Sanctuary
Head West from the starting village towards Bamboo Grove Sanctuary. At the point where two bridges connect to a small island with a singular house in the centre of the lake, you may find a horse grazing the grass.
Dreamfall Hollows
Down past Dreamfall Hollows, where a lonely house sits beside the river facing towards the Ruins, you may encounter a horse.
Butterfly Estate
Finally, the last horse spawn location resides in Butterfly Estate. Head north over the White Terror Lair bridge (from the spawn shrine), and you might find a horse roaming around the grass on the other side, close to the Final Selection Plains area.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I ride my horse?
Check your inventory and equip the horse. Press the keybind corresponding to the hotbar slot you assigned the Horse to summon it and begin riding.
I can’t find a horse. Why?
Horses spawn intermittently and rarely, with no warning or hint as to which location they appear at. If you can’t find one, it may also be due to other players taming them before you arrive. I recommend server hopping for a quieter server and waiting around one of the spawn locations.
