So we got our hands on Everwind’s Early Access. Do we think it’s a cool game? Yes. Are we going to play more? Also yes. When is the Everwind release date? Well that’s a slightly more complicated question. Fortunately, we are qualified to answer. (Probably.)
When Is The Everwind Release On Roblox?
Now let’s discuss the important topics.
When Is The Public Release?
There is currently no confirmed date for the Everwind public release. There are several Early Access events planned before the full release becomes available, so we’re expecting a wait, but the game is in a playable state currently, though some features still need work.
When Is The Early Access?
Everwind’s Early Access kicked off on 15th of March. This is set to carry on for a week, or potentially two weeks if the players vote to keep it open longer. There are two more rounds of Early Access set to follow, probably lasting for a week or two at a time as well.
How Do You Get Into The Early Access?
Early Access is currently restricted to two kinds of players.
- Players gifted Early Access by the developers, either through winning something on the Discord, or being selected as an official tester.
- Players that purchase the Early Access gamepass for 400 Robux.
Yeah, it’s currently paywalled for the majority of people.
Is Early Access Worth It?
Honestly, this is really up to you. We don’t want to encourage you to spend real money unless you want to. We got Early Access so we could find out more about the game, and were curious about a fruit-based ARPG. The game is still unfinished. AI is still in development, and barring anything crazy, you will get to experience everything in EA for free in the near future. It’s also only currently open until the 22nd of March, before closing even to EA players until another round opens up. So, don’t grab it just because of impulsive FOMO. On the other hand, we do think Everwind is an interesting game that has a well-built world and a cool class system that doesn’t fall into the usual Roblox RPG cliches, so it might be worth it if you have the Robux and want to support the game. Or you just want the clout, I guess.
I Got Early Access And It Isn’t Working, Help?
If you’re having issues accessing the game despite having bought the Gamepass, first of all make sure you’re in the Roblox group… this was our mistake when we first got it and it wasn’t working for us. The page was throwing back a 404 until we joined. If you’re in the group and it’s still not working you should raise your issue on the Everwind Support server.
What Is Blossom?
Blossom is another gamepass/roll you can acquire, this time for 800 Robux. It’s mostly a way to show extra support to the devs, though the dev team has hinted that there might be something extra for Blossoms in the future, we’ll have to see. Just don’t expect anything special for it.
