Collecting Bridger Western Poncho Blueprints allows you to reroll the three stats provided by your Advanced Poncho. If you’re lucky enough, you may get a Legendary Advanced Poncho, which has stronger stats overall in Bridger Western.
Bridger Western Poncho Blueprint
The elusive Poncho Blueprint is a major requirement when improving your Advanced Poncho. But first, you need to unlock the Advanced Poncho. This has two methods, with one being much more affordable than the other.
How to Get the Poncho Blueprint
Poncho Blueprints are a potential drop from chests and fishing. Once you have a Poncho Blueprint, you need to visit the Tailor shop in Ridge B. County. Inside the Tailor shop, you can find the Seamstress NPC, who lets you use Poncho Blueprints to roll for new Advanced Ponchos.
Poncho Blueprints are of the Epic rarity but don’t seem to be overly rare, which is a good thing, as you’re probably going to be rerolling the stats of your Advanced Poncho a few times. They tend to drop often, alongside chests, which can also grant the blueprints once opened.
Advanced Ponchos
For the first Advanced Poncho you unlock, you don’t need a Poncho Blueprint, but it costs you 800 Moola from the Seamstress NPC at Ridge B. County’s Tailor shop. If you’re struggling to get Moola, read my How to Get Money in Bridger Western guide.
Once equipped, you can view your Poncho Stats, which differ depending on which Poncho you have.
If you’re unhappy with the Poncho Stats, this is where the Poncho Blueprints come in. With Poncho Blueprints, you can give them to the Seamstress NPC to reroll for new, hopefully improved, stats. Rerolling does not cost any Moola.
Every Advanced Poncho buffs your DEF, DMG Bonus, and Speed Bonus stats. As mentioned, the buffs are determined by the Poncho you obtain. For instance, Legendary rarity Advanced Ponchos do exist, but they’re rare.
The main difference between Legendary rarity Advanced Ponchos and regular Advanced Ponchos is that the latter can only have a total stat boost equal to 10 across the three stat types, whereas Legendaries provide stat boosts equal to 15.
Crafting an Advanced Poncho
Another way to get an Advanced Poncho is by crafting one at the Coyote General Store. To do this, you need 1K Moola and a Poncho Blueprint. You can also get regular Ponchos from this store, which cost 250 Moola. You need a regular Poncho before being able to craft an Advanced Poncho.
What are Ponchos?
Ponchos are an equippable accessory that boosts three of your stats, whilst appearing as a cosmetic. No matter the Poncho, the buffs affect your DEF, DMG Bonus, and Speed Bonus stats. To get your first regular Poncho, you need to purchase one for 250 Moola from the Coyote General Store in Ridge B. County.
Only then can you upgrade it to an Advanced Poncho with a Poncho Blueprint from either the General Store or the Seamstress. I recommend visiting the Seamstress at Ridge B. County’s Tailor shop, as it works out much cheaper.
