Do Rolls Save When You Exit the Game in "Be The Final Boss"?

Do Rolls Save If You Leave The Game in Be The Final Boss?

Yes, rolls DO save when you leave the game in Be The Final Boss.

By this, I mean, if you have a unit at your summon alter that you haven’t purchased, and you leave the game and rejoin, it will still be waiting there for when you return.

Summoning Alter

Next to the Summoning Alter is an NPC named Goblin Rolly. Speak to them to customise your AFK rolls. I suggest the following:

  • AFK Roll: ON (makes Goblin Rolly perform summons whilst you are AFK or battling)
  • Stop on Rarity: ON
    • Pause on Rarity Settings: only enable Mythic and Secret.

After this, you can sit back and let Goblin Rolly perform your summons, albeit more slowly than if you were to manually reroll.

Skill Tree

In the Skill Tree, after investing in your Coin Income, you’ll gain a new branch, Summon Alter. And, after purchasing Summon Luck II, you unlock a new path, Alter Slots.

These additional Alter Slots allow you to summon more units per roll, giving you a better and faster chance and unveiling something decent and rare, be it Shiny, Cursed, Demonic, Mythic, or Secret.

Earning Souls Efficiently

Souls are one of the primary currencies, used to buy new units from the summoning altar. Fortunately, as stated in the main part of my guide, you can earn Souls after pulling a unit you want without losing them if you relog the game.

  • Waves: An obvious one, but each enemy you defeat drops Souls, with elite enemies at every 5 Waves dropping more when defeated.
  • Skill Tree: In addition to Waves, you can influence how many Souls you earn per wave by investing in the Soul Harness pathway, found via the Summon Alter branch. Each new tile increases Soul earnings.
  • Codes: Next to the Weapons NPC is the Upvote Rewards, which includes all active codes for you to redeem. Head to settings and scroll down to input each code.
  • Spin Wheel: You get a free Spin on the Spin Wheel each day, with a chance to earn more Spin Wheel tickets through codes and daily logins. On the wheel is an x50 Souls reward, if you’re lucky. (or unlucky, if you’d prefer something more substantial)

The best way to combine all of these is by logging in daily, performing your free Wheel Spin, checking for codes, and then AFK grinding waves, intermittently checking back in to see your progress and buy more skill tree tiles where applicable.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the price per rarity?

At base, not including Shiny, Cursed, or Demonic, each rarity costs:

  • Uncommon: 1 Soul
  • Rare: 10 Souls
  • Epic: 100 Souls
  • Legendary: 9,000 Souls
  • Mythic: 30,000 Souls
  • Secret: 200,000 Souls

Does the Goblin continue summoning whilst I’m offline?

Sadly not. The AFK mechanic for the Goblin means being online and inactive. However, you do passively earn coins whilst offline, so at least there’s some rewards.

If I have multiple altar slots, can I reroll individual slots?

No, when you reroll, it rerolls all available slots at the same time, replacing your current summons with whatever you find next. Having more slots just quickens your chance of finding something rare.
