Slayers 2 Lost Gear
First, you need to make sure you’re playing as a Human/Slayer. If you’re a Demon, you can reset your race using 10 Ore via the DEV product page. This is because you’ll need to enter Final Selection to collect the Lost Gear, which only allows Human players entry.
To join Final Selection, head to the Butterfly Estate and locate the small platform where the Sisters NPCs spawn. Every two hours on an even hour, they will teleport all players on the platform down into Final Selection. (Time example: 2 pm, 4 pm, 6 pm, etc.)
When inside Final Selection, head straight from spawn, following the dirt path West until you reach the lake. Then, take a dip underwater, and on the left you’ll notice an opening that drops you into a secret cave. Here, you’ll encounter the Lost Boss, who respawns naturally every minute after defeat.
To get all Lost Gear, you need to defeat the Lost Boss over and over again. Each equipment piece has a 0.9% drop chance, making it a secret drop that doesn’t appear on his loot table whilst you’re in active battle.
Note: Some players report seeing the Lost Boss outside of Final Selection, but I haven’t seen this and find it hard to believe. Though, maybe they’re right…
Alternatively to fighting the Lost Boss, you could try to get each gear piece from fishing, though this is significantly unreliable and has an even rarer chance to drop than battling the boss.
